What Information Do We Collect?

We collect Personal Data from you when you submit web forms, respond to a survey, interact with our chatbots, subscribe to the Williamsburg Learning blog or newsletter, download free content, register for events such as webinars, or request customer support on our website (https://lautah.org). We may ask you for your first and last name, email address, phone number, or other personal data including details about your household and/or student(s).

What We Use Your Information For

Personal Data collected on our website is stored in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system on HubSpot. Any of the information we collect from you on our website may be used in one or more of the following ways:

  • To personalize your experience
  • To improve our website
  • To improve customer support
  • To administer a contest, promotion, survey or other site feature
  • To send periodic marketing and communications emails, texts, and/or SMS messages from Leadership Academy of Utah and/or Williamsburg Learning (our partner)

Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of the service requested. We may share your information with education partners, organizations, and governing boards directly associated with Leadership Academy of Utah (LAU).

Note: If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future marketing and communication emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email. As a LAU customer and/or subscriber, you will receive emails from LAU, Williamsburg Family of Schools, and Williamsburg Learning as needed to provide an exceptional customer experience.
